Salted Nomad

Who is this guy?

Twenty years in the field — remote camps near the Arctic Circle, jungle sites in Central America, desert projects in the Middle East. That's not a résumé line. That's the foundation everything else is built on.

For the past 13 years I've applied that experience to construction claims and disputes.

Every troubled project comes down to four questions: What was supposed to happen? What didn't? Why not? Who's responsible? The questions are simple. Finding honest answers in a flood of data, schedules, and documents is not — and that gap is exactly where I work.

If you're a contractor, owner, or attorney buried in complexity and trying to understand what actually happened, that's where we start.

What I do: Construction claims, schedule delay analysis, and dispute resolution — on landmark projects across oil & gas, LNG, transportation, and commercial sectors, at mediation, arbitration, and trial.

Why clients keep coming back:

  1. I sort out the chaos. Disputed schedule, contested claim, hard-driving opposing party — I find the thread and pull it.

  2. I make complexity legible. Dense technical disputes translated into clear, defensible conclusions the room can follow.

  3. I own the work. My analysis, my reports, my testimony. No hand-offs.

I also work fluently in Spanish, serving clients across Latin American and international markets.
